- A fine improvement with the new powerful macro '\MathUp' for typesetting
  automatically the mathematical constants e, i or j in roman.
- An inverse switch '\MathIt' is also provided, and some other related new commands.
- Keyval options are no longer useful and have been deleted.
- Loading the package ifthen has been forgotten in v2.3 (causing possible errors).
- Incompatibility when using `i' with accent in beamer titles disappeared.
