CTAN: pgf-cmykshadings moved to /obsolete/ branch

David Purton asked us to move his package

                   pgf-cmykshadings

to CTAN's /obsolete/ branch.

He tells us:

 The feature this package implements has now been included in the main
 pgf package for some time now, long enough for pgf-cmykshadings to be
 moved to the obsolete branch and so removed from TeXLive and MiKTeK.
