ADDED
 - New argument, !, for derivatives to enable shorthand notation.
 - Enhanced the algorithm that automatically calculates the mixed order to support fractional calculus.
 - Added new options style-inf-den. and style-inf-num to set the infinitesimals in the denominator and numerator.
 - New options style-var-/, style-var-! and style-var-/! to set the style of the derivatives.
 - New options scale-var-! and delims-var-! for variable delimiters in shorthand mode.
 - New options scale-eval-! and delims-eval-! for evaluation delimiters in shorthand mode.
 - More documentation examples.
