Summary description:  Legacy stub to allow loading pictex as m-pictex

 m-pictex.sty was a wrapper for a context module making pictex
 more usable for tex without e-tex.
 The Context module is no longer distributed so this release
 defines the package to load pictex.

 It is just distibuted for old documents.
 The package is not needed and pictex can be used directly.
