* The implementation of the "shutdown" option has changed.
Previous versions used the "atveryend" package. The new version
uses the "enddocument/end" and "enddocument/afteraux" hooks.
The behavior should not change.
* The error handling has been improved. Specifically, commands
and evironments like "\pyq" and "pythonq" did not always handle
Python errors properly in previous versions.
* Many internal implementation changes
* Improved tests
