Announcement text:

 * Fix the value of \e at alloc@luafunction at count (gh:5)

 * luatexja-preset: fix that "mc-bx" and "gt-bx" keys didn't work
   in defining a preset.

 * Use e-type commands (e.g., \cs_gset:Ne) instead of x-type commands
   (e.g., \cs_gset:Nx), to support fontspec v2.9c. (gh:6)
