Summary description: Use LuaTeX’s built-in MetaPost interpreter

We provide a new metapost operator 'mpliboutlinetext', which mimicks metafun's
'outlinetext'.

The syntax is the same as metafun's. A simple example:

    draw mpliboutlinetext.b ("$\sqrt{2+\alpha}$")
      (withcolor \mpcolor{red!50})
      (withpen pencircle scaled .2 withcolor red)
      scaled 2 ;
