The IARIA package enhances a LaTeX installation with a LaTeX class for writing 
IARIA scholary publications. This version implements IARIA specifications for 
citation style, which can only be templated for a specific technological 
combination like latex/pdflatex in combination with biblatex using a biber 
backend.
