The IARIA-lite package enhances a LaTeX installation with a LaTeX class for 
writing IARIA scholary publications. The lite version of the class file does not 
implement IARIA specifications for citation style, but all other IARIA layout 
specifications. However, the example file provide the necessary adjustments of 
the citation style for biblatex/biber. The IARIA-lite package should be 
compatible with with all latex distributions.
