Mit dem Paket werden die Seitenzahlen jedes Kapitels (mit Kapitelnummer und Kapiteltext) in eine externe Datei geschrieben. Dabei können verschiedene LaTeX-Dateien sowie CSV bzw. XML-Dateien erzeugt werden.

Thanks for the upload.  I installed the new package in
CTAN:macros/latex/contrib/statistik/

The package is documented in German only.  An English translation of the
above announcement text is:

  This package writes the page numbers of each chapter (plus chapter number
  and title) into an external file.  Several kinds of LaTeX files, CSV and
  XML files can be produced.
