floatrow uploading

On Sat, 3 Apr 2004, Olga Lapko submitted a new package called
floatrow. It is licensed under the LPPL and has been installed in

  macros/latex/contrib/floatrow

 > This package was created like extension or addition for float package.
 >
 > The float package has good possibility for creation of common layout
 > for all floats of one type without adding any layout code in document,
 > but it deals only with alone (plain) caption---object combinations.
 >
 > Current package allows to create and change similar float and caption layout
 > for plain float boxes, row of floats, and float with beside caption at once.
 >
 > This package recommends the usage of caption2 package.
