metatype1 on ctan

metatype1 is the tool used to build the excellent lm fonts (there's a
paper by boguslaw jackowski coming in the proceedings of the 1993 tug
conference, which the tugboat team are currently working on).

the authors of metatype1 have now agreed that it should appear on ctan,
so i have mirrored its home site to fonts/utilities/metatype1.  the
directory also contains the source of an extended version of knuth's
logo font, which serves as an example of the use of metatype1.
