CTAN has a new package: dlfltxb bundle

A new package has been installed on tug.ctan.org and should soon be at 
your favorite mirror.  (Note that this subsumes dltltxbcodetips so that
package has been dropped.)

Please see the README. Here is a small recap:

* dlfltxbcodetips: various macros helpful in typesetting math

* dlfltxbmarkup: provides a macros used through out "Introduktion til 
  LaTeX" for registering macro names, packages etc. in the text, in the 
  margin and in the index, all by using categorised keys.

* dlfltxbmisc: various macros for typesetting LaTeX arguments. It also 
  provides the macro used in the bibliography that can wrap a URL up 
  into a bib entry.
