 Released version 1.2 of doclicense.

 * Allow \doclicenseModifier to be used with hyperref.
 * Fixed \doclicenseIcon macro.
 * Added missing image.
 * Wrote test framework.
 * Added notes about how to add translations.
 * Added Spanish translation.
