  This package contains macros for typesetting glosses and
  formal expressions.
  It covers a range of subfields in linguistics.

  (In fact, this is the package introduced a short while 
  ago under the name of "lingmacros".  It has been renamed
  to "ling-macros" because of a name conflict with lingmacros.sty
  from the tree-dvips bundle.)

The package's Catalogue entry should be available at
   http://www.ctan.org/pkg/ling-macros .
However, due to a bug in the update mechanism of our
webpage, this is not yet the case.  We are aware of
the problem and hope it can be solved soon.
