arabluatex v1.9.1:
- \MkArbBreak has been added in the AUCTeX style file;
- the code of \LR|RLfootnote has been simplified;
- bugfix: wrongly generated sukūn above any final dot following a word 
ended by sukūn;
- bugfix: ʾalif maqṣūrah after hamzah was missing in the fullvoc rules.
