Summary description:  Computer Modern fonts including matching non-latin alphabets

 NewComputerModern now fully supports IPA by extending the glyph
 coverage and support for stacking accents and ties above and below
 glyphs as needed for linguistic work. So it can now replace the
 use of the tipa package in all families and faces *including* Mono.

 It also supports prosodic Greek.

 Please check the documentation file newcm-doc.pdf for details.
