Summary description:  Right to left presentation with beamer and babel

Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------

 - Improve class options :language with RTL script  supported by
   babel package can be added as class option and it will then be
   the main language of presentation like this
   "\documentclass[arabic]{beamer-rl}".

 - Layout graphics from babel is now default for the class
